Please complete the Go Live form only when your site is ready

Ready to GO LIVE?  Please complete the checlist and then submit your request!

 

When you are ready to go live there are a few simple tasks to complete and then you are ready to go. You should double check that you have completed all the tasks in the First 13 Steps - Go to Start menu >> First steps --- are all the tasks complete (green)? If not complete those tasks that are still outstanding and if unsure contact eCorner support for assistance.

You can send your request to our support team using the form provided just click on the button below and complete the form fields. Our support team will double check that your site is ready to make it live. If eCorner manage your domain name then we will set it to point to the correct IP Address and then notify you that it is complete.

If we do not manage your domain then you will need to change the DNS (Domain Name Server) settings and update the A Record WWW and Host-less IP address. We will send you the correct IP address to use.

 

 

Please note: once the domain name has been directed to your site it might take from 1 to 24 hours for the new information to propagate around all the domain name servers. So don't panic.

When we have notified you that the site is live we will send you new URLs to access your website. 

The first job that you have is to log in and change the default username and password (remember to save it), you can find that at:

Settings menu >> User management >> Administrators Tab >> admin.

There are a few tasks that can only be done after you go live:

  1. Set up the Short URL - you will be prompted with a link on the Start page after you login - just click on the link
  2. Create the XML Site map - Marketing menu ---> Search engine optimisation ---> XML Sitemap ---> Click on Submit Site Map (only after creating Short URLs).
  3. Use your credit card or PayPal account to do a real transaction (NOTE: Check that the money makes it to the bank).
  4. Announce your new store on social media by sharing the site on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ and Pinterest
  5. Let eCorner know it is OK and we will announce your site on our social media pages
