John Debrincat has over 35 years of experience in business in the Asia Pacific. He is the founder, Managing Director and principle shareholder of eCorner Pty Ltd. He has membership in a number of industry organisations. He is; Fellow of the Australian Computer Society (www.acs.org.au), Member of the Institute of Company Directors, Member of the Australian Institute of Management and represents eCorner as a member of the Australian Information Industry Association and the Internet Industry Association.
He is Chairman and a founding member of the Australian Computer Society Foundation (www.acsfoundation.com.au). This is a non-profit organisation that raises funds for technology research and development, and funds over 900 scholarships for Information Technology students.
He has an active involvement at the University of Sydney, School of Information Technologies where he has been awarded an Honorary Life Governors title and is President of the Foundation for Information Technology.
John is a Founding Director and board member of the International Environmental Weed Foundation (www.iewf.org). It is a non-profit body with a mission of expanding the knowledge of how to control non-indigenous plants and weed plants around the world and is part of the RNC Alliance (Restoring Natural Capital) (www.rncalliance.org).
